Netiquette
The aim of our website and the Instagram and Facebook channels for the augenblicke campaign is to help you deal with your disease. We also cannot and do not wish to report on or judge other companies or their products. We hope for your understanding. If you have any questions, we would be delighted to answer them. We endeavour to respond to queries within one or two days of receipt.

Important information
The purpose of our website and our Facebook and Instagram channels is to provide general information for data subjects and interested parties. In no way does it replace advice from a doctor or a pharmacist, and it must not be used as the basis for self-diagnosis. If you have questions about medical topics, please always discuss these with your doctor or find out more at your pharmacy.
If you would like to report side effects of a Roche medication or have product complaints, please contact Roche Pharma AG on grenzach.drug_safety@roche.com or via fax to 49 7624/14-3183 or to the Paul Ehrlich Institute on www.pei.de or via fax to 49 6103/77-1234. This means any new safety information regarding our medicinal products will be identified quickly.
If you would like to report a side effect of another medication, please contact the relevant drug manufacturer. You can report a suspected adverse drug reaction on www.pei.de using the joint database of the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI).
